Two different starting points
An AC dealer sells you what they stock. A sourcing service finds what you specifically need, even if that means checking multiple dealers or suppliers on your behalf. Neither is universally "better" — they solve different problems, depending on what you already know.
When going direct to a dealer makes sense
If you already know exactly what you need — the brand, model number, and specification — and that dealer has it in stock, going direct is usually fastest. You skip the back-and-forth of a sourcing request and can often get same-day or next-day fulfillment.
When a sourcing service makes more sense
A sourcing service is the better fit when:
- You don't know the exact part number or model — only a photo, a symptom, or a rough description
- The part is discontinued, unusual, or not something any single dealer has confirmed in stock
- You want pricing compared across multiple suppliers rather than accepting one dealer's quote
- You're sourcing in bulk and want a single point of contact managing multiple items
The trade-off: speed vs. certainty
Going direct to a dealer who has confirmed stock is almost always faster. A sourcing request typically takes 24 hours to come back with options — slightly slower, but it means you're getting a genuinely matched, compared result rather than settling for whatever's on one dealer's shelf.
Our approach
We work across a network of trusted UAE dealers and suppliers rather than being tied to a single storefront's stock. That means when you submit a request, we're checking availability and pricing across multiple sources, not just one — which matters most for harder-to-find parts, discontinued models, or when getting the best price actually requires comparison.
